We’re always looking to improve how we talk about what we do. That's why we're changing the term 'Employership' to 'Employer Excellence'. This shift is a result of the valuable feedback you've shared with us and our own market research.
What is Employer Excellence? While the name has evolved, the essence, explanation, and theme remain unchanged. 'Employer Excellence' is about creating a workplace where employees feel accepted and valued, enhancing their sense of connection with their colleagues and the organization.
Did you know? Employer Excellence is the foundation of a World-class Workplace. Organizations recognized for their Employer Excellence will be spotlighted on our website this coming January. And if your organization is among them, expect an email invitation to our special event in January.
