Before you hit “OOO” and disappear into holiday mode, here’s a quick look at what we did together this year.
You put people first, made room for honest conversations, and built better listening habits. On our side, we released new tools and features to make surveying simpler and faster, so you can spend less time on admin and more time improving what matters.
And the best moment for us? Seeing so many of you in person at the World-class Workplace dinner in April. Celebrating organizations that put people first was definitely one of our favorite highlights of the year.

2025 was anything but boring
The stars of 2025
This year, you reminded us what people-first work looks like in practice. When listening becomes a habit, the impact doesn’t stay in a dashboard. You feel it on the work floor, in team energy, and in everyday moments. We saw that spirit across all of this year’s World-class Workplaces, and it set the bar high. A special shoutout to the award winners Achmea, TenCate Group, and Daan for leading the way.
And the best part is that we kept seeing the same theme in stories from customers across our community. Here are a few that stood out:
After rapid growth, SanoRice ran a global Engagement Survey to create alignment across sites and support change with real employee data. In one year: engagement 6.6 → 7.0, alignment 6.5 → 7.4, participation 62% → 69%.
Built a global listening landscape with surveys, pulse checks, and follow-ups, backed by strong communication and manager workshops. Results: 80% participation, 72% satisfaction, eNPS of 20 (industry benchmark: 9).
Used employee feedback to support a culture shift towards more ownership, collaboration, and customer focus. Engagement went up to 73% in 2024 (5 points from 3 years earlier).
Switched to continuous listening to reduce turnover and keep feedback part of day-to-day work. Results: eNPS +10, workload complaints 42% → 34%, and 81% of colleagues now say they want to stay.
Wanted a data-based tool for their members (cooperatives) to run surveys and support organizational development. With a tailored setup, clear dashboards, and strong support: 90%+ participation, 70%+ engagement, and strong eNPS results.
Combined a global employee survey and an ESG Scan to measure progress on people topics and sustainability. Scored above national & international benchmarks: DEI 82%, trust in leadership 78%, and pay fairness 70%. Engagement rose 80% → 86%, eNPS 18 → 36.
Ran Engagement Surveys and eNPS for 100,000 employees across stores, logistics, and offices, then used the results to improve leadership, communication, development, collaboration, and culture.
Forget manually going through every comment in the Topics & Ideas tab. You can now see AI-generated summaries that give you a clear overview of what’s going well and what needs attention, helping you understand the feedback faster without going through hundreds of comments.
AI is now part of My Effectory, so we want you to have a clear, reliable explanation of how we use it. That’s why we’ve published a Statement of responsible usage of AI. It explains how we use AI to support your understanding of employee feedback, not your decision-making, and confirms that your data stays secure and is never shared with external AI services.

Effectiveness matrix
If you use the survey within the Smart Organization Scan (or the questions part of the Strategic Fitness Model and the Engagement theme), you can now also see the effectiveness matrix in the dashboard. It indicates how effective each team or group is in achieving goals, staying innovative, and adapting to change.
Coordinators can now edit invitation and reminder email text directly in My Effectory. This helps you match the messages to your own tone of voice and reduces the need for manual support. Reminder texts can also be adjusted during a live survey.
