Create and edit segments in My Effectory
You now have more control over how you view your data. The new Segments page lets you create and edit segment groups yourself, with three standard ones – gender, age, and tenure –already set up for you. You can adjust the ranges to fit your organization and turn the feature on or off anytime.
You get stronger confidentiality and richer insights, as data can now be safely reported at lower levels like region, team, or subgroup, keeping results actionable and privacy protected.
Missed your survey invite or can’t find it? You can now request a new one yourself via a dedicated page in My Effectory. Just enter your work email and get your personal survey link sent straight to your inbox.
We’re also working on adding this feature to Effy, so it’s even easier to access with one click.
